Scope and Content Abstract:The materials in this collection mainly document Eugene Reppucci's time as an undergraduate student at Northeastern University. The materials consist mostly of correspondence and notebooks, assignments, and engineering projects from Reppucci's time as an undergraduate. Of note are Reppucci's engineering drawings from the Muddy River Highway project. The collection also includes materials pertaining to the Scabbard and Blade Society (including photographs), the Society of American Military Engineers (including a commemorative pin), the 1959 Junior Dinner Dance, and the 1960 Senior Week.
Historical Abstract: Eugene M. Reppucci, Jr. received a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University in 1960 and a Master of Education degree in 1965. Reppucci was also awarded an honorary degree in 1995. Reppucci was appointed the Assistant Director of Development at Northeastern in 1962 and remained in that department until 1995 when he retired as Senior Vice President of Development.
