Giving
Why Give?
The Libraries face many challenges in meeting the demands of our users, chief of which is the rising cost of books and journals, especially electronic resources, which outpaces the rate of tuition increases. Without the help of our Library Supporters, we cannot keep up with the needs of our students and faculty. Library Supporters who make gifts of $1,000 or more become part of Northeastern's giving clubs.
- Deans' Council - $1,000 to $2,499
- President's Circle Member - $2,500 to $4,999
- President's Circle Sponsor - $5,000 or more

Announcing The Juhasz Collection
The NU Libraries are pleased to announce the recent bequest of 8,000 books in the arts, humanities, and social sciences. "This collection will significantly add to our humanities collection, especially with the addition of beautiful, high quality art books, many of which are now out of print, " said Edward Warro, Dean of Libraries.
The books came from the estate of John and Susan Juhasz of Rhode Island who were introduced to Northeastern through Professor Steven Subrin of the School of Law. The NU Libraries also received a significant cash gift to process the materials and art and other furnishings.
